Balance Changes

• Increased Glob health regen from 9 to 10.
• Black Hole radius reduced by 16%.
• Black Hole location visibility increased when using Gravity Well.
• Control Water cooldown increased from 5 to 10 seconds.
• Control Water now gives a 100% movement speed boost to your bubbles for 1.25 seconds.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug with the Ninja AI.
• Fixed a bug with the Hard mode Shadow AI.
