Balance Changes
Capped Shotgun damage.
Glob costs/heals increased to 9 HP.
Increased delay between walls on Empowered Donald Trump.
Increased amount of Rampant Growth summoned by Empowered Rolling Stones, fixed a bug where the amount scaled with players.
Rampant Growth now has a 30s time limit.
Rappel now gives you leeway for a jump after the cast finishes.
Scrap has been reworked - now increases the strength of your other abilities for each scrap you collect.
Landmine Stun duration changed from 2s to 1s - increased by 0.25s per scrap.
Rocket movement speed increased by 20% per scrap.
Shield HP increased by 5 and duration by 0.5s per scrap.
Jetpack max duration increased by 0.5s per scrap.

Developer Notes
Rampant Growth has been a little too powerful since adding it to the empowered Rolling Stones last patch - toning it down by making the flowers have a time limit!
Shotgun isnt necessarily too powerful, just not very fun to play vs. Taking some power out of Shotgun and reworking the Scrap passive to hopefully keep it power-neutral, but with less dragged-out games relying on a lucky shotgun one-shot.
